By the way, I’m creating these videos with the Flip Camcorder – a really simple way to upload videos to YouTube and Facebook. You can also easily send via email cards to someone. Very fun! A must have if you are doing video by yourself (of yourself) is this cute little Flip Tripod

  6. Hello shredder peeps! Commenting a day late. Added the 8 lbs into Level 2 and my arms are SORE! And I only used them for the first set of each strength exercise. The weights, I mean. Used my arms the whole time, haha!

    Have to pop over to Day 20 to see if Paula’s announced anything yet. :0)

  7. Sad to say, I’ve got nothing. I didn’t exercise.

    My feet have been bothering me a lot and between that and the stress of getting my computer backed up, it didn’t happen. Maybe the fact that I started early and did several days before the challenge started can count? Or not. What really matters is that I’m exercising again.
