12 Weeks of Summer: Join Us!


Join me and a bunch of awesome friends on Facebook for a special summer series!

PLEASE invite your friends and help me get the word out to anyone you think might appreciate this. (you can use the buttons above this post to tweet, post on FB, Pinterest, etc)

What: 12 weeks dedicated to YOU and what matters the most – your physical and emotional well-being! Busy people/moms/caregivers, I’m NOT talking about taking oodles of time out of your day, but referring to a conscious level of focus on where you are and where you want to be.

You all deserve that RIGHT NOW and I want us all to support one another in getting there, regardless of where we might find ourselves currently.

When: June 10 – September 1

What you need to participate:

  • the desire to create change in your life
  • the heart to encourage others involved in the challenge
  • the ability to hop on the Facebook page daily to see and participate in the posts for that day – the more participation we have from individuals, the better it will be for the group/team – I anticipate 2-5 posts/day, so nothing too crazy. ;)
  • you may want a journal or notebook to be able to record your own thoughts/feelings/ideas/goals throughout this journey together

Why I Think This Challenge Is For You:

  • I think there is incredible momentum to be had from doing these types of challenges/commitments together.
  • I am betting that many of you find it a struggle to spend focused time on yourself, and I want to encourage you this summer regardless of your circumstances and where you are at currently.
  • I think it will be FUN and we will learn a lot from one another!

  • Mark your calendar for a start date of Mon. June 10 (and then be ready to check the FB page daily)

How It Will Run:

We will be following a weekly schedule that corresponds to the themes of each of my 12 Kindle books.

Purchasing the books is NOT a requirement to participate in this series, but for a limited time I am running a very special promotion for you all.

Throughout the week I will be posting daily updates to the Facebook page to help encourage one another and get some discussion going around each of these topics. I have learned a lot from this amazing community of people and I think we can really help one another to accomplish some big things over the summer.

    Hey girl. I finished your book I got last week. I loved it and am buying the entire series! I would love to be a part of this challenge. However, I am away from internet access 4 daysa a week. Is that a big problem? I can text and do calls those days but that’s it. Let me know and good luck
