- great week with calories!
- finally getting some traction with the discipline!
- I’ve not been eating past 9:30PM due to a 30 day challenge I’ve made for myself for month of Nov - this is REALLY helping with the discipline at night!

- met J out for lunch Tues - sandwich and potato salad - yum!
- don’t even get me started about the weekend - I’m not sure what hit me but I was having cravings! had cookies, pizza and wings!
- next week I have got to get a handle on some discipline when it comes to calories!!
