Exercise Report:
Cardio  x 5 (bike - 5: 90.8 miles)
Strength Training  (upper body) x 3
Strength Training (lower body) x 3
Abs x 5
Pilates x 3

Food Report:
Average daily calories: 1839

Notes:

  • DID have pizza/wings on the 1st - after the morning weigh-in routine of course - YUMMY!
  • Sat and Sun were a bit difficult - actually thought of ordering pizza AGAIN, but did not - whew! - major PMS going on here. Got through it OK with a few extra not so bad calories. lol (extra crackers, fruits, lowfat sweet, etc.)
