Week 166 Weight Loss: 0 lbs - no comment! I dunno…been so focused on other things, but need to get back to it.
Total Weight Loss: 100 lbs
Exercise Report:
Cardio x 5
Strength Training (Upper body) x 3
Strength Training (Lower body) x 3
Abs x 5
Pilates x 2
Food Report:
OK with food/calories for the most part. I do tend to start out the week great with calorie counting and then kinda fall off towards the weekend.

- Excited about next challenge to start March 22.
