Total Weight Loss: 123 lbs

Cardio  x 4 (walks)
Dvd-Resistance Bands  (upper body) x 2
Dvd-Resistance Bands (lower body) x 2
Dvd-Resistance Bands (core) x 2
Abs x 4
Pilates x2

Food Report:
Pretty good, continue to enjoy some treats. ;)

  • Plan to do some shopping soon so want to have a great week with food/exercise - maybe next week to the shops
