Exercise Report:
Cardio  x 5 (walks)
Dvd-Resistance Bands  (upper body) x 2
Dvd-Resistance Bands (lower body) x 2
Dvd-Resistance Bands (core) x 2
Abs x 4
Pilates x2

Food Report:
Feeling very hungry towards the end of this week and did eat a bit more than what I have been. (PMS!)

Notes:

  • Great with exercise!
  • 17th - started P (of course explains some of the hunger/cravings) ;)
