Starting Weight Jan. 1, 2009 - 158 lbs
Starting Weight Sept. 1, 2009 - 169 lbs
YR 3 Q3 Weight Goal: 151
Weight loss goal for month: 158 (11 lbs)
Weight loss goal per week: 2.7 lbs
September Exercise Goals:
- Cardio/walking 5 times/wk
- Some kind of strength training (Jillian DVD?)
- Abs 2 times/wk (8 Minute Abs Dvd)
- Pilates 2 times/wk - (video)
September Food/Nutrition Goals:
- Get back on track!!
- 8 glasses of water/day
- be conscious of emotional eating during this “rougher” time
