Thanks for ParticipatingWe did it! 30 days of accountability when it comes to night time eating!

Thanks to all who participated by checking in each day at the Facebook page.

I really appreciate your support and it certainly made the challenge better and more fun for me!

My goal/deadline throughout the challenge was to cut off my night time eating by 9PM each night and I’m happy to report success for that goal. I definitely feel stronger with discipline in this particular area and I know that I want to stay mindful of this going forward.

  1. This was a great challenge. Even though we were travelling and I didn’t participate every single day, I had many successful evenings at home stopping myself from snacking after 8pm. I am going to stick with this good habit. What’s next??
