Biggest Loser 9 Starts Tonight!

Yay! The Biggest Loser is back with Season 9! We will see the season beginning with couples once again.

This show continues to inspire me and I am going to use this (as I hope many of you will) to bring me into the New Year fighting to lose these last 30 lbs!

Trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels return along with host Alison Sweeney of Days of our Lives. (P.S. I happened to see Alison Sweeney a week or so ago coming out of a Vegas show - she is just as adorable in person)

I follow Jillian Michaels on Twitter and she has tweeted about how amazing this new cast is! I am really looking forward to it!
