Well, I am not the 'drop out' type but I certainly had to for the 30 Day Shred and apologize to you all for not letting you know sooner! Seems I have something going on with my lung capacity that - when measured by a cardiologist - has my oxygen supply in my blood tank and my heart rate soar. Not a good combination when trying to get your "healthy on"! ; )
So... I'm being monitored for my aerobic workouts and have to find an alternative for the time being. I'm still working with my trainer once a week and he is aware of the condition so works me to "that point" and then we slow things down.
I've been to specialists and am sure they're going to figure it out so I'm secure in knowing I *WILL* get healthy! I'm still losing weight with the Vtrim program and still walking everyday so I have tons to be thankful for. Just really wanted to be doing the Shred with all of you this challenge w/Paula! ; )
