I loved this so much! I really needed this to keep me motivated. I'm the type of person that needs a deadline to do things so having specific dates really helped a lot. I did miss 3 days out of the 30 by taking Saturday as a rest & I'm glad I did because it gave me a day for my body to rest & on Sunday I was ready to go for another week. I'm also doing weight watchers & not seeing much on the scale..I only lost 6 lbs this month. I did take pictures in the beginning & pictures the other day & I can see a difference (I posted on my blog [url]jdmom2fi.wordpress.com[/url] but it's on private & need to see how I can give certain people permission to see it).
The first few days sucked...I hated it. Then the 2nd & 3rd week I loved it. I was learning the moves & able to do the harder ones & didn't have to "follow Anita". Then the last week I just kinda wanted it to be over. I really wanted to mix it up every day by doing cardio only or start jogging...but I wanted to complete it since we were doing it as a group & now that I did I'm proud of myself

I haven't been very good with coming here to post but I have been on Twitter. The main reason is because I NEVER turn on my laptop & I'm always on my iPhone which is very slow. I have been checking in on Twitter every day because of the lovely Twitter apps making it easy.
