Team Shred Challenge, Please post your thoughts...

Thank you SO much to all who participated in the Shred Challenge! Super impressed with the team!

My request to you all...Please post your thoughts about what the Shred Challenge has meant to you - physically and other. Definitely include actual results - inches/lbs lost if you feel the challenge/accountability helped you to achieve those results. ;) (feel free to use your own format)

*Note that I may pull excerpts out (with first name or username) to use as testimonials.

I have loved it! Not the workout itself, but that it have started my workout routine and that I'm finally moving my body. Only halfway since I lost some days, but I'm gonna complete the 30 days, even though it's not 30 consecutive days. I feel much stronger and much more able to do stuff. And I just love the feeling of being stronger. Even though I don't feel so strong during the shred, but I have seen results in my other workouts at the gym.

But the very best part is being part of a community. Just love to read all the comments and how people complish their goals and stuff. It gives hope to a girl from Norway :)

I loved this challenge! It was awesome to see how just 30 days can help in transforming myself into a stronger person! I have found that there is so much I can do, not just during a workout, but in my everyday life as well! As for numbers, I think I only lost about 3-4 pounds, but I have a feeling I gained some muscle as I lost fat. Overall, I lost about 16 inches total from my body! That makes me feel great!

This was so awesome to do the Shred for the first time with a group! You guys rock! I will definitely keep doing the Shred on my own!

I loved this so much! I really needed this to keep me motivated. I'm the type of person that needs a deadline to do things so having specific dates really helped a lot. I did miss 3 days out of the 30 by taking Saturday as a rest & I'm glad I did because it gave me a day for my body to rest & on Sunday I was ready to go for another week. I'm also doing weight watchers & not seeing much on the scale..I only lost 6 lbs this month. I did take pictures in the beginning & pictures the other day & I can see a difference (I posted on my blog [url]jdmom2fi.wordpress.com[/url] but it's on private & need to see how I can give certain people permission to see it).
The first few days sucked...I hated it. Then the 2nd & 3rd week I loved it. I was learning the moves & able to do the harder ones & didn't have to "follow Anita". Then the last week I just kinda wanted it to be over. I really wanted to mix it up every day by doing cardio only or start jogging...but I wanted to complete it since we were doing it as a group & now that I did I'm proud of myself :D

I haven't been very good with coming here to post but I have been on Twitter. The main reason is because I NEVER turn on my laptop & I'm always on my iPhone which is very slow. I have been checking in on Twitter every day because of the lovely Twitter apps making it easy.

Thank you so much Paula for doing this! You are the bomb :lol:

You are have been a huge encouragement/source of motivation to me as well!
VERY happy to know you and expect that our virtual friendship will continue!

Sorry so late with feedback. Wrapping up the school year and life in Curacao has been keeping me super busy. This challenge was one of the best things I have done for myself recently. You kept motivating especially when I flagged or felt down. The change for me was awesome. My clothes fit so much better and I even need to get rid of some things that are too big now. The scale did not show as much change, but I feel better, am stronger and look better. People at work have all noticed and I have started a trend towards adding Jillian to people's workout. :) Even better, it is now a part (most of time) of my routine and with my very mobile lifestyle, something I can take everywhere with me as I travel the world. It is possible to fit 20 minutes of time into the day for me. :) It has also helped my yoga practice as I have increased my strength and endurance.
