Took my day off yesterday, fortified myself with soup, tea and sleep. Today, sinuses are draining and I don't feel like I have to put ice packs on my face. SUCCESS!!! :0) I was also able to do the Last Chance Workout this afternoon. MORE SUCCESS!!!

I can't believe this is our last weekend doing the LCW Challenge! And since tomorrow is our active rest day, what's everybody got planned? I suspect it will revolve around a certain football game. :0)

I have not exercised yet today, but I will before the night is over...:-) I may just do some gentle rebounding and stretches tonight.
