I would love to do the challenge, but cannot find the DVD online for me to buy at a reasonable cost.
If it is ok, I will do 30-40 mins of aerobics excercise on my wii fit each day/evening ?
I have the elevated step thing (3") and can do that, apart from my regular excercise. (I ice skate twice a week and am going to star body bike)
The thing is I havent much money left for january due to Christmas and some unexpected expenses this month, andI really want to prioritize joining a gym, to go for spinning classes in the afternoons, after work (when on day shifts).
What is the challenge. Doing the work out each day for the 30 days? Can do my own, and cheer you on meantime
