Paula's Day 27 Goals:
*cardio
*8 min Abs
*strength (upper/lower body)
*1600 calories
*no eating past 9pm

Day 26 Report:
Paula's Day 26 Goals:
*1600 calories - YES!
*no eating past 9pm - YES!


***I will be posting my day accountability/goals in the AM for each day but I will prep and put up each day, 1 day early for those of you that would rather post your goals for the next day in the evening...I hope that makes sense! ;)

Hi Everyone,

I have not been great about checking in daily here. I did weigh on Friday and am down another pound. Almost 7 pounds since right after Thanksgiving, but really just a net 2 pounds down so far. I am pleased to see the scale moving again after my plateau. I hope I will be able to lose a few more pounds between now and the end of the month.
My goals for the day are to do some cardio and watch my food intake. So far so good!

I hope everyone is doing well and hope we can all have a strong and healthy week ahead!

Great job Kat!! This time of year it is an accomplishment to be losing and you are doing awesome.

I am hoping to at least maintain over the next couple of weeks. I would love to lose some but I'd be happy to just not gain.

My goals for today are:
Eat only what is packed in my lunch
Drink my water
Avoid holiday 'treats'

Congrats Kat! I found that pound you lost. ;)

I have not been doing well when it comes to snacking. :(

My goals for today -

Walk 2 miles
Two sets - 45 crunches, 15 b.w. squats, 12 stationary lunges
Plank
Meditation, Prayer
80 oz. or more water
No snacking
No eating after 9 p.m.

I have good news myself, I completed my goals for yesterday... (that's a big deal lately for me :) )

today my goals are:

water, water, water
walk (completed)
have a stress free day ... working on it :)

~Eat 5 small meals today
~Avoid eating after 7pm
~Aerobic Exercise
~Strength Training

Winter solstice! A ton of snow on the ground here in MA. Happy knowing that the days officially get longer as of tomorrow!

Day 27 goals:
    1. Cardio - 40 minute distance program on bike
    2. Load up on the veggies and lean proteins - eating as clean as possible before Christmas dinner!
    3. Drink 96 oz water
