It's that evil number!

I am, again, at the evil number! The nasty bump that I just cannot get over. Every time I have tried to lose weight, I have gotten to this number, and not been able to move past it. After a bit, I get discouraged and end up regaining everything I've lost and then some.

I've read about plateaus. I am increasing my water, exercise, watching what I'm eating with a magnifying glass (the nighttime challenge will help!)

Any other suggestions for getting past this stupid number!? :twisted:

Have you experimented at all with calorie cycling? Do you eat the same amount of calories every day?
If so, I've definitely had some success playing with this at time - high calorie day one day, low the next...let me know if you are interested and I can find some good links on it. Actually I keep meaning to do some write-ups on the forum to do with calorie counting...hmmm...or did you say you were doing Weight Watchers?

I haven't tried that. Weight Watchers did not work for me, it was very frustrating! I would appreciate the links!
