DIET COKE FREE YAYYYYY !!

On February 1st I started on what would be my own little challenge: No diet coke, or coke of any kind for the whole month.

Quite a toughie considering that I used to drink loads and loads of diet coke.

Anyways, at first it was hard, then it just kept getting easier, and easier. Today my sister mentioned that I had stopped drinking coke, and I realized that I havent even been thinking about coke or wanting coke for the past days. Not sure, since when.

Anyways, am just soooo happy it is not something constantly on my mind anymore !!

With that said, I was at a cuban party and there were to drinks to chose from: mojitos and cuba libre. I did have two cuba libre which have coke, as well the mojitos were nasty. Normally I would have preferred the mojitos ha ha.... other than that, no coke since Feb 1st :-D

Or well, I had a glass, but had a few sips, didnt like it and threw the rest out, at work in late Feb.... and well am just happy and proud ;-)

That's definitely something worth bragging about! I used to be a major Diet Coke addict (as in anywhere from 3-6 a day) and thankfully I've managed to cut it down so that I only drink one when I go to Subway. I need to follow in your footsteps now and just completely kick the habit to the curb. There's so much crap in Diet Coke that's not good to be putting into my body. I think you've just inspired me to challenge myself to see if I can give it up completely for the next 30 days!

I don't drink coke or any kind of soft drinks or soda. Too much sugar and I would actually prefer juice. But if its free why not? LOL. By the way, check out this book which is called the Essential Weight Loss Handbook that I am reading on how to maintain a healthier life and body. Good day!
